We only charge per order and this charge is based on the value of your order, regardless of how many items you order. Your delivery charge will automatically be added to your invoice as you go through the checkout procedure. Our delivery charges are as follows:

You may also purchase your goods online and choose to collect from us if you wish. Collections can be made during our normal working times that can be found on our contacts page. You will be emailed when your order is ready to collect, and this option is free.
An estimated delivery lead time is shown next to each product. If an item is shown as in stock, the item will be dispatched the next working day (working days are Monday - Friday) and an email will be sent to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If an item shows a longer lead time, you will be contacted with the delivery date and an email will be sent upon dispatch.
All items will be dispatched as soon as possible from date of order. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact us when you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note this may incur additional postage costs.
We will always try to keep an order together in one delivery, however occasionally due to size/shape and weight of some items we will have no alternative but to ship some items separately. You will be informed via your contact details if this will be the case.
Upon the placement of your order you will be sent a confirmation email with details of what has been ordered and an estimated delivery date. If there is an error on your confirmation, you should contact Domoney Online immediately with the problem.
You can add as many items as you wish to your order until you confirm and make payment. Once payment has been made you are unable to add to that order. If you wish to add another item, you will have to start a new order.
With all deliveries we will require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure all deliveries of goods are received and correct. If nobody is present upon delivery the item will not be left but a card may be left by the courier for you to re-arrange delivery. If you would like to have your goods delivered to your work or a neighbour this option can be chosen at the time of placing the order.
A full VAT invoice will be dispatched with all deliveries.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service and can only deliver to addresses in mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Domoney Online only sell quality goods from tried and tested suppliers. We are aware that from time to time a problem can occur or the goods may need to be exchanged. Customers should always check items carefully before using or installing them. We recommend keeping your confirmation email and invoice upon delivery in the event of any after sale queries.
If the item has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order, you should contact Domoney Online as soon as possible. A full refund will be given. If however the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, you must notify us within 10 days of your original order and we will arrange a collection from you, although this will incur an additional charge, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging and proof of purchase will be required. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the product has a fault within 30 days from purchase, please contact us on 01722 716305 and ask for online department or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a free collection. Products must be accompanied by your proof of purchase and we will usually offer a replacement or repair. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the fault is after 30 days but within the manufacturers warranty period, please contact us by email on email@example.com with a brief description of the fault and your contact details. We will usually arrange either a repair with the manufacturer or a site visit from a representative of the manufacturer. If the product can not be repaired a replacement product will be supplied subject to the manufacturers agreement
