Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately we only ship within the UK.

Q: Do you have a packing policy?

A: All products sold on Domoneyonline.co.uk are brand new and as such come in the original packaging from the manufacturer. We will always pack your goods with care to protect from damage in transit. In an effort to keep costs down and help the environment you may find your goods arrives in previously used packaging. This enables us to recycle packaging that arrives to us meaning less raw materials and energy are used, whilst keeping delivery costs to a minimum.

Q: The goods I bought are faulty, what can I do?

A: Please see our returns page for more information.

Q: I am looking for a product you do not show, but you have other items from the same manufacturer, can you source my product?

A: Possibly, we hold accounts with many different companies and wholesalers. Email your enquiry to info@domoneyonline.co.uk and we will contact you with an answer as soon as we can. We are always open to suggestions on new stock lines that you would be interested in purchasing, so if you have any ideas please contact us on the above email.

Q: I have a credit account with Domoney Woodwork, am I able to purchase items through Domoney Online and charge to my account?

A: No, any item purchased through Domoney Online must be paid for at the time of purchase through our secure payment system on this website.

Q: Some larger items are marked for delivery only to certain areas, why is this?

A: Unfortunately due to costs and logistical reasons certain items are not cost effective to ship. The majority of pallet hauliers will not deliver to domestic addresses, so we can only offer a delivery service within distance that our own vehicles are able to deliver.

Q: You have an item I would like to purchase, but I live outside of your stated delivery area for that item. Can I buy and arrange my own collection?

A: Yes, just choose the collect from us option at the checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to collect. You may choose to arrange your own haulier to collect, we can package a pallet ready for the haulier and have a forklift to load upon collection. If you wish to discuss this option you can contact Gary Domoney on 07540 840333 prior to ordering with any questions.

Q: I have a discount or promotional code but when I enter at it at the checkout I am unable to see this discount applied.

A: Please ensure you have entered the code correctly including capital letters and lower case letters. The item will show the full price in the basket, but the discount will have been applied to the final figure you will be asked to pay at our secure hosting payment gateway.

Q: When you deliver pallets of paving or other palleted items, can I have them put in a specific place.

A: Unfortunately the answer to this is no. We use a haulier that normally uses a tail lift vehicle and pallet truck and only offer a kerbside/driveway delivery service. Also the pallet truck will not operate on gravel drives or uneven surfaces and as the haulier is not a direct employee of Domoney Online, they are only required to deliver the pallet to the site address given, and no more.
